If a lease property is desired please have credit problems solved, as trustworthy credit will determine if a tenant will be qualify to occupy the property. If you are needing an auction, please have the property free of any debts or have your lender agree to the auction proceeding prior to listing a property for auction. If no mortgage is needed, the seller may request the prospective buyer to show proof of funds.
Personal:
Terry Williams, the broker, is a Georgia native having been born and raised on the farm. Growing up, he was always busy with extra-curricular activities for school, church and sports. He graduated from the Georgia Southern University and Brewton Parker College with degrees in History, Political Sciences, and Social Sciences Education. Terry's hobbies include spending time flying, skydiving, and sports.
